This policy applies to www.e2mglobal.com and describes browser cookies and similar technologies. It is designed to provide clear information to visitors in Spain, the European Economic Area, Switzerland, the United States and other locations from which the website is accessed. Specific obligations and rights can vary by jurisdiction and by the processing activity involved.
E2M is established in the United States. If the nature and scope of a specific processing activity make the appointment of an EU representative legally necessary, E2M will add that representative’s contact details to this policy and to the Privacy Policy.

You can change or withdraw your choice at any time using the “Manage consent” access that appears at the bottom of the screen after the initial notice is closed. Withdrawal does not affect the lawfulness of processing before it was withdrawn, but will stop new non-essential cookies from activating from that point forward.
You can also delete or block cookies in your browser settings. If you delete necessary cookies, the site may show the preferences panel again to record a new choice. The current site configuration is designed to respect, where technically compatible, browser privacy signals such as Do Not Track and Global Privacy Control in relation to non-essential technologies.
E2M operates from the United States and some providers may process data in the United States or other countries. When a person uses a voluntary feature —such as a form, booking link or consented analytics— the relevant provider may process data under its own terms and transfer mechanisms. Before expanding providers or purposes, E2M will review the contractual, security and transfer safeguards that apply.
For visitors in the European Economic Area and Switzerland, non-essential analytics cookies rely on prior, granular and withdrawable consent. For U.S. visitors, this policy provides transparency about tracking technologies; additional rights and notices, including those that may arise under state laws, depend on whether those laws apply. If a future activity constitutes a sale or sharing of data for behavioral advertising under an applicable law, E2M will provide the required notice and opt-out mechanism before activating it.

This website is not directed to children under 13. If E2M becomes aware that it received personal data from a child under that age without the required authorization, it will take reasonable steps to review and delete it where appropriate.
We may update this policy if technologies, providers, purposes or legal requirements change. We will state the new update date and, where necessary, request a new consent choice before activating the change.
