Clear information about how E2M Global Advisory processes the contact information you provide.

Last updated: August 3, 2026. This policy applies to contacts obtained through e2mglobal.com and to professional conversations initiated with E2M.

For any privacy question or to exercise your rights, you may write to hello@e2mglobal.com with the subject “E2M Privacy.”

2. Information we may process

We may process the information you choose to provide when contacting E2M, requesting a conversation or a Commercial AI Diagnostic, or subscribing to the E2M Commercial AI Briefing: first and last name, company, role, business email, phone number if provided, priority commercial process, anticipated timeline for action, and the general information you choose to share.

Do not submit contracts, complete proposals, customer data, trade secrets, highly sensitive information, or confidential documents through public forms. Before reviewing sensitive information, E2M will agree on an appropriate channel and conditions.

3. Purposes and legal basis for processing

  • Respond to your request, assess whether an initial conversation is appropriate, and, when applicable, prepare a proposal or professional relationship with E2M.
  • Manage the Commercial AI Diagnostic, a pilot, or other services you engage.
  • Maintain site security, prevent misuse, and administer E2M’s commercial records.
  • Send you the E2M Commercial AI Briefing and communications about E2M content, services, or events only if you provide specific, separate consent.

When applicable, responding to a request or preparing a potential professional relationship is based on precontractual steps taken at your request and E2M’s legitimate interest in responding to professional inquiries. The Briefing and commercial communications are based on your consent, which you may withdraw at any time.

4. Providers, recipients, and transfers

We use HubSpot to host and manage forms, contacts, and communications related to our commercial activity. When HubSpot processes data entered by E2M for these purposes, it acts as a service provider under E2M’s instructions.

HubSpot and its subprocessors may access or process data from the United States and other countries. When required, those transfers will be carried out with the safeguards provided by applicable law and HubSpot’s data processing agreement. You may request additional information by writing to hello@e2mglobal.com.

We use Cal.com to provide scheduling links for fit conversations. When a person chooses to book a meeting, Cal.com may process the booking information they provide, such as name, email address, date and time, and information requested during scheduling, to manage the meeting.

To check availability and create the video call, the scheduling system uses Google Calendar and Google Meet connected to E2M’s corporate account. These services are used only when you choose to open and use the booking link, and they may process booking information under their own policies and terms.

We do not sell or disclose personal data to third parties for their own marketing purposes.

5. Retention

We retain information from commercial inquiries and fit conversations for up to 12 months after the last meaningful interaction, unless a contractual relationship begins or a legal retention obligation applies.

Subscription information for the E2M Commercial AI Briefing is retained until you withdraw consent or, at most, for 24 months without meaningful interaction. Information connected to a contractual relationship, billing, or compliance with legal obligations is retained for the applicable periods.

6. Your rights

Depending on applicable law, you may request access to, correction or deletion of your information, restriction of or objection to its processing, and portability where applicable. You may withdraw consent for the Briefing or commercial communications at any time without affecting the lawfulness of processing carried out before withdrawal.

You may also file a complaint with the competent data protection authority when permitted by applicable law.

7. Automated decision-making

E2M does not make solely automated decisions that produce legal or similarly significant effects on people who submit forms. Commercial qualification and decisions about a potential professional relationship are reviewed by people.

8. Cookies and analytics

With your consent in the “Statistics” category, E2M uses Google Analytics 4 to understand, in aggregate, the pages viewed, traffic source, approximate country or geographic area, and interaction with CTAs or forms. Analytics activates only after that choice.

The implementation is configured not to send Google names, identifiable companies, email addresses, phone numbers, open-text responses, documents, or full URLs containing form parameters. Campaign parameters are used only when they contain non-identifying campaign values. You may review or change your preferences in the Cookie Policy.

9. Security and changes

We limit access to information to the people and service providers who need it for the purposes described and apply reasonable measures to protect it. This policy may be updated when our services, forms, or processing practices change; the date shown above identifies the current version.
