Priority process
We define the commercial flow that needs attention, its objective, and the owners.
A defined-scope advisory service for small and midsize companies that have identified a priority commercial process and need to decide where AI adds value, how it should be applied, and which conditions it requires.
The Commercial AI Diagnostic helps determine where artificial intelligence can add value, what information the process needs, and what a person should validate before starting a pilot.
We define the commercial flow that needs attention, its objective, and the owners.
We review CRM, documents, knowledge, tasks, and sources involved in current work.
We rank AI opportunities by usefulness, feasibility, risk, and actual adoption capacity.
We define a specific, limited, and revisable recommendation to verify value before expanding.
The Diagnostic delivers documented criteria and next steps: an initial functional blueprint for the client’s IT team or a specialized partner to assess and prepare technical implementation.
Objective, context, owners and decision that the company needs to make.
Current process, information, tools, dependencies, and human review points.
Priority use cases and conditions for the team and implementer to evaluate them.
Initial functional architecture, requirements, pilot scope, and recommended next steps.
We will review the context to confirm if the scope corresponds to a Commercial AI Diagnostic. You will receive a direct response from an E2M specialist within one business day.
Do not send confidential documents, customer data, or complete proposals. When you submit the request, E2M will use the data to respond and, if appropriate, prepare a scoping proposal. See the Privacy Policy.

No. The investment starting at USD 3,500 covers the Diagnostic and its initial functional blueprint. Pilot design, direction, and validation are proposed separately. Yes. The review should include the people who own the process and the information it uses.
The company receives conclusions, priorities, and an initial functional blueprint to decide whether to prepare a pilot. E2M is responsible for the problem assessment, design, and criteria; the implementer is responsible for the technical build.
100% of the Commercial AI Diagnostic fees are credited toward E2M’s Guided Pilot advisory fees when the Guided Pilot is contracted within 60 days after the Diagnostic is completed. The credit does not apply to technical partner fees or technical implementation.
