Service 04 · Governance and adoption

Govern adoption and decide the next step with evidence.

After the Pilot, E2M reviews KPIs, adoption, risks, and quality, oversees vendors, and directs decisions on what comes next. We are the independent layer between business and technology: we define priorities and criteria; the client’s IT team, existing providers, or a specialized partner perform the technical changes.

When does it make sense?

Decide what to continue, modify, expand, or stop.

The decision should be based on actual usage, known issues, available owners, and a business reason for incorporating new users, sources, or processes.
01 · USE

The flow is used

Users have tested the process and there is evidence of its usefulness and limitations.
02 · CONTROL

The risks are visible

The necessary exceptions, reviews, and human decisions have been identified.
03 · OWNERSHIP

There is an internal owner

A person or team can maintain the information and monitor the operation.
04 · REASON

There is a decision about what comes next

The next decision addresses a specific source of friction and evidence of usage, quality, and risk.
Four lines of work

From pilot learning to adoption governance.

Each governance and adoption engagement has a defined scope. It combines performance review, direction, adoption, and oversight based on Pilot learning and business priorities.
01 · EVALUATE

Review KPIs and quality

Compare KPIs with the baseline, review quality and sources, and triage issues. E2M recommends priorities and correction criteria; the implementer performs the technical adjustments.
02 · DIRECT

Prioritize and decide

Prepare the roadmap and steering decisions: continue, modify, expand, or stop, with clear dependencies, requirements, and acceptance criteria.
03 · ADOPT

Prepare adoption

Review usage, barriers, and responsibilities; train teams and agree on adoption actions with internal owners.
04 · GOVERN

Govern

Review risks, permissions, and controls, oversee the vendor, and assess its deliverables against agreed requirements and acceptance criteria.
Indicative deliverables

What the company can expect to receive

Deliverables are detailed in the proposal and document decisions, responsibilities, and evidence. E2M is responsible for the problem, design, criteria, and adoption governance; the implementer is responsible for the technical build and operation.
01

Roadmap and steering decisions

Priorities, objectives, dependencies, risks, and decisions to continue, modify, expand, or stop.
02

Quality and vendor oversight report

Deliverable assessment, prioritized issues, change requirements, and acceptance criteria for the implementer.
03

Responsibility and control matrix

Process owners, access requirements, approvals, and escalation routes to IT or the technology provider.
04

Risk and decision register

Risks, usage boundaries, exceptions, decisions, and actions with an owner and review date.
05

Adoption and training plan

Review of adoption, usage barriers, and preparation for users and owners to work with sound judgment.
06

KPI and adoption report

Comparison with the baseline, usage, quality, timing, and exceptions, with recommendations and periodic review.
Budget variables

The scope grows only where it adds value.

Governance and adoption can be included in Fractional Commercial Advisory from USD 2,500/month, minimum 3 months, when agreed in scope. Standalone projects are quoted separately. The budget depends on the advisory scope, review frequency, teams and vendors involved, and depth of oversight. Development and technical execution are agreed directly with the implementer.
01

Users, teams and locations

Number of owners, profiles, business units, and markets participating in governance and adoption.
02

Sources and information quality

Sources to assess, quality criteria, permission requirements, and maintenance owners.
03

Processes and exceptions

Workflows and decisions to review, variants, controls, and commercial risks.
04

Vendors and technical dependencies

Number of vendors, CRM and platform dependencies, and requirements for E2M to coordinate and validate.
05

Security and governance

Review of access requirements, sensitive data, control evidence, and oversight frequency.
06

Adoption and executive guidance

Training, documentation, steering meetings, and coordination with internal owners.

The next step is decided with evidence.

E2M may recommend continuing, modifying, expanding, or stopping. Where a commercial case warrants it, E2M can coordinate software, agent, integration and application development through specialist partners under separately agreed technical scopes. E2M directs, coordinates, and validates; the client’s IT team, existing providers, or specialized partners execute and correct.
Training and adoption

Prepare leadership and the team to take ownership of the new capability.

Adoption governance can include an engagement tailored to the team. Executive sessions are USD 499 individual / USD 1,999 group. Course programs and tailored workshops have their own pricing and scope.
