In-Company Artificial Intelligence Workshop

An in-company AI workshop focused on a real process with the team.

An on-site engagement that brings knowledge together, makes dependencies visible, and turns an agentic AI opportunity into a shared map of the process, controls, and adoption.

When to choose the in-person format

When understanding the process requires bringing together the people who know and perform it.

In-person work adds value when the process depends on nuances, exceptions, materials, tools, and relationships that are difficult to surface in a brief conversation.

01 · OBSERVE

The process depends on several people.

To bring distributed knowledge together, compare perspectives, and make handoffs, dependencies, and exceptions visible.

02 · CO-CREATE

The team needs to generate and discuss alternatives.

To map the workflow, establish criteria, and work on shared materials without limiting the discussion to a screen.

03 · ADOPT

The decision affects day-to-day work.

To involve users and owners from the design stage and prepare for adoption based on real responsibilities.

An experimental study published in Nature found that videoconferencing can limit idea generation compared with in-person interaction, although it does not necessarily reduce the quality of subsequent idea selection. E2M uses in-person work when the challenge requires exploration, collaborative development, and contextual understanding—not to repeat a presentation. Read the Nature study.
What we work on

The content is the same. The practical depth varies.

The workshop maintains the framework of strategy, use cases, control and adoption, but applies it to a concrete process with the people who participate in it.

01

Objective and priority process

What friction, decision, or capacity needs attention, and what people are involved?

02

Current workflow

Inputs, tasks, tools, information, decisions, handoffs and exceptions.

03

Generative AI and agentic AI

Which possibilities are relevant to the workflow and which boundaries require oversight.

04

Opportunity design

Sources, instructions, tools, actions, permissions and human review.

05

Risk and governance

Owners, validation, data, exceptions and usage criteria.

06

Adoption and next step

What should be prepared, tested, measured or ruled out before implementation.

Working sequence

The team builds a shared view of the process and the opportunity.

The final agenda depends on the challenge and participants. The workshop combines explanation, constructive challenge, visual work and decisions.

01 · PREPARE

Background and context

Objective, scope, participants and non-confidential materials.

02 · MAP

Current process

People, information, tools and decisions.

03 · EXPLORE

Opportunities

Use cases, alternatives, boundaries and dependencies.

04 · DESIGN

Potential workflow

Actions, human oversight, permissions, and exceptions.

05 · AGREE

Adoption

Owners, learning, metrics and next step.

Expected outcome

A visible process and an opportunity the team can evaluate.

Exact deliverables are agreed in the proposal. The workshop does not include unlimited implementation and does not replace a Diagnostic or Pilot when greater depth is required.

01

Shared map

A shared representation of the process, its participants, information, tools and friction points.

02

Prioritized opportunities

Use cases assessed by value, feasibility, risk and accountability.

03

Initial adoption plan

Open questions, owners and recommended next step.

In person or online

In-person work should add something a video call cannot.

If the need is only to align leadership and prioritize questions, the online session may be sufficient. The workshop is reserved for cross-functional, applied work.

Frequently asked questions

Before requesting an in-company workshop.

E2M will review the context, location and participants before preparing a proposal.

Where does it take place?

At the company location agreed in advance. Travel requirements, dates, and terms are confirmed before the proposal is issued.

Who should participate?

People who know, use, monitor, or receive the result of the process. It is not necessary to include the entire organization.

Is this technical training?

It does not require programming. It involves working with strategy, processes, information, responsibilities, workflow design, and control. Technical specialists can participate when relevant.

Does it include implementation?

No. The workshop can prepare a Diagnostic or a Pilot, but any implementation is scoped and priced separately.

How much does it cost?

There is no single public price. The proposal depends on the objective, preparation, participants, duration, location, travel, and customization.

Bring the team together when presence changes the quality of work.

If the audience is primarily executive or leaders are distributed, an online session may be a more suitable starting point.
